Stock inventory can be be returned or exchanged within 15 days of receiving order. Refunds will be returned to original form of payment or onto a Gift Card for later use.
Custom Orders can be returned within 30 of receiving order. Refunds will be returned via Gift Card after a 50% re-stocking fee.
ALL items returned must be in new condition, unworn, and undamaged. All items will be subject to quality control before refunds will be given.

What products aren't eligible for return?
Orders outside of our 30-day return policy.
Rings that have been resized or modified.
Engraved or personalized jewelry.
Items that have been previously exchanged.
Any orders that have been altered while in process.

All items returned must have an RA # issued prior to sending back.
Clients are responsible for shipping and tracking packaging.
Return labels are available upon request from Vendor based on value and are subject to tracking fees based on insurance standards by carriers.

Write RA# on outside of shipping package.

All items must be processed by Receiving then pass inspection by Quality Control.
Once items clear inspection, your refund will be issued within 4-7 business days.

Gift Cards are good for 3 years from date of purchase.
Returns posted to Gift Cards are good for up to 5 years from date issued.
Gift cards are non-transferrable and cannot be returned or redeemed for cash. Unused balances will remain on Gift Cards until expiration date is reached.
Lacey Alexis Customs is not responsible for stolen or misplaced gift cards.

Client safety and privacy are paramount in our organization. To ensure proper privacy protocols we require Driver’s License for account verifications at any time as well as for legal policies.
Diamond inquiries, Custom orders, and large purchases ($10,000 +), are legally obligated to be reported and tracked for insurance and tax purposes.
